and has excellent cover, spreads well and dries rapidly. It can be automatic spray or curtain applied, directly on sanded melamine paper. It also has a soft, smooth texture. Thanks to the absence of odorous chemical substances there is no long-term toxicity hazard pictogram on the product label. The melamine paper should be sanded using papers with various grades (up to 600 grit). On a carefully sanded base the first coat can even be 200-300 g\/m\u00b2. Stackable already after 2-3 hours at 20\u00b0C. The coating cycle consists of a 218-9005\/95 topcoat + a 812-20 hardener at 100% + a 922-03 thinner at 30-70%. Rapid drying ensures this gloss system with excellent cover and body is also quick to use.
