Oece 454-0075/2 clear, protective waterborne primer for exterior joinery

Roofs, external home extensions, gazebos, garden furniture and any other wooden joinery left outdoors are all subject to bad weather and relentless climate changes. Wood is a building material with excellent mechanical and aesthetic characteristics that promote thermal and acoustic insulation, seismic safety, comfort and good health. However, if exposed to sun, rain and humidity, wood deteriorates rapidly. So to keep its functionality intact over time it needs to be protected.

OECE 454-0075/2 is a high solid, clear, neutral, protective waterborne primer for exteriors that is ideal for treating high quality ceiling beams, matchboarding, gazebos, floors and outdoor furniture. The OECE 454-0075/2 formula has been optimised using a polymer with a high level of resistance to bad weather over time – an extremely important feature for products in this segment. The formula also offers a versatile range of applications, including automatic priming, spray, brush, roller and sponge. When the primer is dry it can be coated with all OECE basecoats and topcoats. OECE 454-0075/2 can also be colored with OECE waterborne colored pastes to obtain different colored primers and increase its protection against UV rays. In any case a vast range of ready-made colours is also available.
